Day 1: Forum

On Wednesday, May 21, the IRF Builders Forum kicked off with a Civil Society Congress and IRF Roundtable Working Group Planning Sessions, focused on solution-focused presentations on innovative approaches to build international religious freedom through cooperative engagement. 

IRF Awards Dinner

On Wednesday, May 21, the IRF Builders Forum concluded the evening with a special IRF Awards Dinner, celebrating the contributions of IRF Builders from all corners of the IRF movement. Special guest presenters included Dr. Katrina Lantos Swett and Ambassador David Saperstein.

Day 2: Forum

On Thursday, May 22, the IRF Builders Forum continued with robust sessions featuring “building” from Kazakhstan, Georgia, Ghana, Mexico, Guatemala and more. The morning kicked off with special keynote remarks from Patrick Harvey, Senior Official at the State Department IRF Office, Stephen Schneck, Chair of USCIRF, Fernanda San Martin, Executive Director of IPPForb, and Pastor Paula White-Cain, Senior Advisor at the White House Faith Office.

Embassy Dinner

On Thursday, May 22, the IRF Builders Forum concluded with a private salon dinner at the Embassy of the Republic of Kazakhstan. We are thankful for the generous hospitality of Ambassador Yerzhan Ashikbayev.
